Until recently, real estate buyers did not have the means to know whether they were obtaining the lowest price and the best terms for their Real Estate purchases. The sellers had all of the advantages. Now, however, thanks to SUMMA REALTY, as their Exclusive Buyer’s Agent the buyer, as a CLIENT, will received better representation than that of the seller.


 

A Buyer Should not Trust Seller’s Agents 

Seller’s agents owe a duty to the seller. They have no duty to put your interests first. In fact, if they do, they would be violating the duties they owe the seller. As an EXCLUSIVE BUYER’S AGENT, we are required by law to place the interests of our client over those of the seller.

SUMMA REALTY is dedicated to providing comprehensive and EXCLUSIVE representation of Real Estate Buyers. SUMMA REALTY is comprised of two separate and distinct divisions; LUXURY RESIDENCES and COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. We absolutely refuse to undertake any representation that would require us to act in conflict with any of the interests of our clients. You will note that we refer to our clients not as customers, but as CLIENTS. Our CLIENTS are entitled to our UNDIVIDED LOYALTY. As fiduciaries we understand the importance of maintaining neither the appearance of nor an actual conflict of interest in our exclusive representation. The traditional real estate agent can not make this statement, as their loyalty is to the seller, not the buyer.

SUMMA REALTY does not sell you anything. We function solely to further the interests of our clients. We serve as your own and exclusive consultant and advisor. We are uniquely qualified to providing the highest care and personal attention to our clients. We establish and maintain an EXCLUSIVE FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP. It is our LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to promote and protect our client’s interests. We will negotiate on your behalf with all other professions involved in the acquisition process.

  • Negotiates with the Seller and The Seller's Agent to obtain the Best Price and Terms for the Buyer
  • Is Loyal Only to the Buyer
  • Represents Buyers Only
  • Never represents Sellers
  • Does Not accept listings
  • Will keep the Buyer's Information Confidential
  • Will Fully Disclose to the Buyer all information about the property
